Simple Present Tense


Simple Present Tense is used to express the idea that an action is repeated or usual. The action can be a habit, a hobby, a daily event, a scheduled event or something that happens Often. Simple Present tense is also used to express a fact.

A.  Nominal




Example :

  (+)  She is a student.

  (-)  She isn't a student.

  (?)  Is she a student?
        -  Yes, she is.
        -  No, she isn't.


B. Verbal





Example :

(+)  I study english every monday
(-)  I don't study english every monday
(?)  Do you study english every monday ?
     -  Yes, I do.
     -   No, I don't.
